Booking confirmation
The reservation will be considered firm after paying a deposit equivalent to 10% of the total amount, by bank transfer or through PayPal. 

Balance
The balance may be paid in advance of arrival by bank transfer or through PayPal, or at check-in (credit cards and cheques are not accepted). 

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation  can be made up to 5 days before the due date of arrival.

In case of cancellations,  no show or changes made after this deadline,  you will be charged  the cost of the first night .No advance payment is required.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.
One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib.
Extra beds are not available.
The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1.
The maximum age of children (currently 3) that can stay for free in a room will automatically correspond to the child age set in the room configuration In the room configuration you can specify the amount of children that can stay in the room for free.

Internet
WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking
Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable.

Pets
Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
